I am one of two Conservative Councillors for the Caerleon Ward within Newport City Council.
I grew up in Newport town centre and run a family business servicing commuters in Newport Bus station for the past 50 years.
Having grown up in Griffin Street I am one of the Newport Ship's nearest neighbours and became heavily involved in the Campaign to save it.
I am now a trustee of the charity - the Friends of the Newport Ship that is dedicated to see the ship preserved and displayed in Newport.
With a love of history I'm delighted and proud to represent Caerleon which I think is the loveliest facet of the City.
I've been a past President of the Rotary Club of Newport and have been a member for the past 25 years.
I'm also a past president of Newport's Chamber of Trade.
For the past 15 years I've been involved with taking aid to orphanages in Croatia, Bosnia and Belarus, driving a 7.5 ton truck on some 25 convoys bringing supplies to war damaged and economicaly deprived areas
